Between Rotterdam Centraal and Breda no trains are running on the high-speed line due to a signal failure.

Use the metro of Rotterdam between Rotterdam Centraal and Den Haag Centraal.
Use the HTM tram in The Hague, use line 3 or line 4 between Den Haag Centraal and Delft.
