Traffic control strikes

FNV Spoor has announced strikes at ProRail traffic control.

No trains will run until 9 a.m. in the north and east of the country. The international intercity Amsterdam-Berlin will also not run on Friday morning.

As with previous strike days, the consequences for travelers extend beyond the strike area. NS will restart the timetable from 9 a.m., but keep in mind that trains will be delayed and cancelled for the rest of the morning as well; restarting the timetable takes time. Regional trains are also affected by this strike and will not be able to run again until 9:00 am.
