The extra travel time may be up to 30 minutes.

Modified timetable
During these engineering works, the timetable has been modified. The following changes have been made to the train schedule:
- Buses are running between Apeldoorn and Bad Bentheim.
- Buses are running between Almelo, Hengelo and Bad Bentheim.
- Intercity 140 to 149 Amsterdam C. - Hengelo - Hannover Hbf - Berlin Ostbhf is cancelled between Amsterdam Centraal and Bad Bentheim
- Intercity 240 to 249 Amsterdam C. - Hengelo - Hannover Hbf - Berlin Ostbhf is cancelled between Amsterdam Centraal and Bad Bentheim
